At Future Players, we offer a 360°, end-to-end service for sports projects, strategy, and experiences.
Formed in 2008, with over 25 years’ experience in designing, managing and delivering impactful initiatives—from grassroots to elite, local to national and international.
Driven by a passion for sport and people, we provide opportunities and first-class experiences that help individuals, teams, and organisations grow, develop, and achieve their goals. We aim to create lasting memories and make a meaningful contribution to everyone we work with — to sport and to society

Steve’s Journey
THE TEAM
We’re a close-knit, passionate and diverse team that collectively brings a wealth of experience in event and project management, coaching, teaching, youth work, and mentoring. Many of us have worked together on a range of initiatives over the years, united by a shared belief in the value of what we do.
Some of our team began their journey with us as participants on programmes that we managed and delivered. We’ve proudly supported their journeys, helping them gain qualifications and real-world experience.
Our core team is small but scalable, and we regularly collaborate with a wider network of like-minded people and organisations. Together, we create high-quality experiences—and lasting impact—for everyone we serve.
