SPORTS PARTICIPATION
SKY VIP SPORTS PARTICIPATION PROGRAMME
A fantastic collaboration with Stretch Communications to help deliver Sky’s VIP customer reward scheme—one of the largest in the country.
Originally brought in for a few ad-hoc projects, we went on to develop a full-year Sports Participation Programme. We designed content aligned with Sky Sports coverage and athlete sponsorships, built key partnerships, and delivered over 1,000 bespoke sessions and multiple open redemptions across 10 sports—engaging more than 117,000 participants.
Designed to inspire activity, connection, and enjoyment, this project was all about opportunity, community, and unforgettable experiences. It’s been a long-running success and a real privilege to deliver—working with brilliant people and partners, and receiving incredible feedback from customers along the way.

FEMALE REFEREES
This event gave players the chance to compete against teams from across the country, experience playing at a big event and large-scale tournament, and perform in front of the FA Talent ID team, developing further along the elite pathway. It also supported the development of young female referees, with 23 involved in officiating across the weekend.
A brilliant event and a privilege to deliver—supporting the talent pathway and contributing to the future of girls’ and women’s football.

BOXFIT Community Exercise Programme
What began as a single weekly session in a local church hall grew into a thriving programme that ran for 10 years — with classes for all abilities, group sessions, 1-to-1s, and weekend bootcamps. We also ran a class for the hearing impaired, delivered alongside a brilliant BSL interpreter (and regular class member!)
Based in South-East London, our unique BOXFIT formula blended Boxercise with pad and glove combinations, bag work, circuits, and core training. As demand grew, we trained two additional instructors to help deliver sessions.
We loved helping people in our community achieve their exercise goals, get fitter, healthier, and more confident — and we’re grateful so many made BOXFIT part of their weekly routine.

academy
football and education programme
This 8-year journey began in an assistant role under Academy Manager Murray Jones, before stepping up to Academy Director and then setting up and leading a five-year partnership between Bromley FC and education provider SCL. With a small but fantastic team of coaches, mentors, and tutors, we delivered a full-time football and education programme for talented 16–19-year-olds across the SE London, Kent & Surrey catchment areas.
We designed and delivered the coaching and fixture programmes, academic lessons, European tours, tournaments, and personal development through individual, group, and team 121s.
We managed all other aspects of the programme too, including student/player recruitment, finance and budgeting, parent/guardian engagement, and building pathways into apprenticeships, university, US scholarships, and semi-pro football.
On-pitch highlights included the first Academy League title—coinciding with the 1st team’s promotion to the National League—a standout year for the club, multiple first-team debuts, Wembley appearances, and hundreds of young people supported into further education, employment, and life in and beyond football.
A real privilege to have the opportunity to lead and grow this programme, helping local young people become the best version of themselves both on and off the pitch.
College
Football Performance Programme
Bromley College approached us to manage and deliver the coaching and games programme for their new Football Performance Programme. What followed was a truly memorable year.
We brought together a group of student-athletes for the first time, creating an environment where they could thrive and enjoy each day—completing and passing their academic courses while also winning the league, the league cup, and reaching the final four of the National Colleges Cup!
In addition, the two student coach volunteers went on to work with us at Future Players for many years—one is now a lecturer and still collaborates with us on projects. A number of participants from the programme have gone on to enjoy successful semi-professional football careers.
A truly special year.
Coi & galaxy fm
Sometimes a project can contribute positively to addressing a particular social issue. For this one, in partnership with Stretch Communications, we organised a range of creative workshops across the country, giving young people the chance to speak out against the rise in knife crime through the media of sport, music, art, and design. We built key partnerships and delivered the initiative in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, and Newcastle, ensuring that young people could continue to engage with the providers beyond completion of the programme.
Beach Olympics
TEAM BUILDING EVENT
This collaboration with Stretch Communications was a whole heap of fun. As part of their annual awards trip, we designed and delivered a ‘Beach Olympics’ in Mallorca for media agency emap, featuring a mix of traditional events and some in more of an It’s a Knockout style (for those old enough to remember the programme!). Inclusive, a little competitive, but packed with fun and plenty of smiles. Team bonding at its best!
